The equipment adopts frame structure design, high-strength bolt connection, good overall rigidity and small deformation.

The beam of this equipment is fixed, and the workpiece is fed into the work table by the feeding mechanism and can be replaced. Ensure that the flatness of the work surface is within +0.03mm.

This equipment adopts carbon tool steel workbench, and the hardness after quenching reaches HRC55 or more. Therefore, the worktable wears very little and can be replaced, which prolongs the service life of he equipment.

This equipment is equipped with 5.6 kw high-power high-speed servo motor, and the tool holder body is equipped with 4 cutting knives at the same time. The maximum cutting depth is 1mm, which is 3 times the efficiency of traditional equipment.

Grooving machine parts are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, which has fast grooving speed and strong clamping. The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator compensation and overflow valve, and the motor works intermittently to save energy and ensure the safety of the hydraulic system.

When the equipment is abnormal, the alarm information will appear on the display screen, which is easy to maintain.

When the slotting machine is used for processing, only manpower is required when the workpiece is put in and taken out, so manpower can be saved.
