1.Function intruction
This equipment is a full servo CNC gantry grooving machine. It is a CNC sheet metal V-groove planer series product launched by our company with a new design concept. This machine tool is used to process V-shaped grooves, U-shaped grooves and other irregularities on sheet metal parts. It is especially suitable for processing V-shaped grooves before bending sheet metal parts, including stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, aluminum-plastic plates, copper plates, iron plates, etc. boards, bakelite boards, acrylic boards and other special boards. The equipment adopts advanced CNC system and has the characteristics of high processing precision, simple operation, no noise and no vibration.
2.Performance and characteristics
The frame and crossbeam of the machine are designed with frame structure, with good overall rigidity. The whole body is heat treated to ensure that the machine will not deform after long-term use.
The frame of the machine is fixed, the gear and rack drive cross beam move, and the moving speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion; The cutting process is smooth and efficient, and the cutting surface is smooth.
This machine is x-axis, Y1 axis, Y2 axis and z-axis CNC machine tool, with high positioning accuracy and large processing range.
The machine is equipped with edge pressing device and end pressing device respectively, and both of them are pressed by hydraulic pressure, The pressing force is adjustable and the pressing is reliable.
The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator compensation, and the motor clearance works, which can save energy and control the oil temperature.
This machine has the function of self creation. lf the table surface is not smooth or has defects after long-time use, the self creation function can be used. lt is a brand new machine.
The motor adopts high-power 5,5kw spindle servo and planetary reducer synchronous belt drive, which greatly increases the stability of the machine operation and improves the operation efficiency of the machine speed and groove power.
