1.Performance Characteristics

The electric and hydraulic system controls the synchronized movement of the two oil cylinders,thus ensures the high synchronized accuracy ,bending accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

Dynamic servo motor precisely controls the oil consumption to improve the positioning accuracy of the sliding block.

Servo motor can stop running when the system does not need oil flow or pressure,so the noise is reduced and the working environment is improved.

Increased cylinder stroke and closed height will give you more choice for tools installation.

2.Backgauge System

High precision universal joint drive is adopted for the lifting of the rear gear,which can effectively reduce the vibration caused by the equipment being too long,thus affecting the accuracy.

3.Main Servo Motor

Uses servo motor instead of asynchronous motor,retaining proportional valve control technology,mature and reliable.Servo controlled variable pump technology can significantly reduce the noise of machine,reduce oil temperature,heat and save more than 40%of energy.
